<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 本网讯（宣传部 卜荣伟 柳开颜 邓菲凡 许诗丽）“扶贫先扶智，治贫先治愚。”多年来，我校始终坚持以立德树人为根本，贯彻“三全育人”工作要求，号召广大研究生深入农村、扎根农村、服务农村。<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">2019</span>年<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">7</span>月，学校选派第一届研究生志愿支教团赴湘西土家族苗族自治州花垣县麻栗场镇望高村开展为期一年的支教服务。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2020</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">年<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">9</span>月，学校第二届研究生志愿支教团继续出发，赴望高村开展为期一年的扶贫支教活动。该支教团由我校硕士研究生吕飘、周宇、谢典瑾、黄蒙、武南洋、李鑫<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">6</span>名同学组成。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “我与望高村共同进步！” 马克思主义学院研究生吕飘说，“如果让我再选一次，我还是会选择支教扶贫这条路。”到目前止，吕飘担任花垣县麻栗场镇望高村支教团团长已有半年之久。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><b style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 发挥专长 阳光少年向阳生长</span></b>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 望高村原属国家级贫困村，<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">2020</span>年被认定为湖南省脱贫攻坚挂牌督战村。该村位于花垣县麻栗场镇北部，距县城<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">15</span>公里远。望高小学是村办学校，师资力量薄弱，教学资源相对短缺。支教团队进驻望高小学的主要任务就是和当地老师一起，提高学校的教学水平，填补部分学科的教学空缺，丰富教学内容。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 虽然支教团在来之前已经做好了充足的心理准备，但他们真正走上讲台之后还是犯了难。首先是在专业上，如何讲清楚，让学生听明白、活运用，其次是在班级管理上，面对不同的学生和班级状况，如何活跃课堂氛围和改善教学方法，这些问题成了他们支教的一大阻碍。“有问题就要解决！” 队长吕飘坚定地对队员们说。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 教书讲究方法，其他老师多年的教学经验成了支教团成员最好的学习蓝本。为了提高教学能力，支教团会抓住空闲时间去其他老师的课堂旁听，借鉴他们的课堂管理方法、处理突发事件应急能力和处理师生关系技巧，吸取教学经验。通过不断地学习，他们总结出了一个能让课堂 “活”起来的教学方法，那就是要做到“与时俱进”，在授课中加入当下流行的新鲜元素，吸引学生们的注意力，营造活跃的课堂氛围。在支教团的教学实践中，这种方法也确实取得了良好的效果。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “大写的<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">A</span>，三角架，字母排行属老大……”黄蒙每到上课都会教学生们唱字母歌、记顺口溜，孩子们欢快的歌声传到教学楼的每一个角落；周宇和武南洋用卡纸绘制了一套有图案的英文字母小卡片，帮助孩子们识记字母音标；李鑫在课堂上开展情景对话，鼓励小朋友们用英文表演自己喜欢的动画角色，小猪佩奇、喜羊羊、熊大熊二都加入了课堂；谢典瑾借助多媒体，把课文加上声音、图像，让枯燥的知识趣味化，加强学生的课堂记忆，提升阅读理解能力。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>

<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 为了保持孩子们学习的热情，黄蒙和谢典瑾参考《赏识教育》理论，设计了一套“积分奖励措施”，对表现积极、有明显进步、成绩优异的孩子奖励积分，再根据积分多少给予奖品、奖状等形式的鼓励。这一切让原本困难的教学变得顺利起来，孩子们学习的积极性也有了极大提高。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">对于教学，支教团成员的目光并没有局限在课堂上。工作期间，他们发现很多家长注重孩子的学习成绩，想课后帮孩子辅导，却面临着自身文化水平有限的尴尬局面。面对这种情况，支教团决定承担起填补农村教育“真空地带”的任务，弥补孩子家庭教育的短板。针对班上个别学习“马虎大王”，支教团成员隔三差五地开展家访，了解他们在家的学习情况，并提供外在的督促和帮助；针对跟不上班级进度的学生，支教团也会定期上门辅导、答疑解惑。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>

<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">经过一学期的学习与自我突破，同学们不负众望，在学习上取得了重大进步。每一位同学都能认全<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">26</span>个字母，并且还能够完成一些英语日常对话。望高小学的期末英语成绩获全镇第一，每个班的期末英语成绩都在<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">90</span>分以上。<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">2020</span>年全镇小学<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">14</span>个学科，有<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">12</span>个第一在望高小学。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">“文明其精神，野蛮其体魄。”除了辅导孩子们学习之外，支教团每天都会带领孩子们锻炼身体。“一！二！一……”孩子们精神饱满，把口号喊得响亮。在课余时间，吕飘经常组织孩子们去操场上打篮球，教他们如何运球、传球、投球，还为他们举行篮球比赛。支教团通过这些活动，让孩子们在一次次比赛中增进友谊，培养他们的团结精神，提高团队合作能力。孩子们喜欢篮球，也喜欢这个温柔可爱的“吕教练”。欢乐的氛围感染了每一个孩子，平日里内向不爱言语的孩子在活动中慢慢变得开朗，原先不够自信的孩子在球场上也慢慢绽放出了自信的光芒。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>

<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 不知不觉间，支教时间已经过半。支教团每天的工作都很辛苦，但当看到孩子们的笑脸和进步时，他们真切地感受到一切的付出是多么值得。望高村的孩子以大山为邻，他们少有机会能走出去看看外面的世界。可也正因与自然为伴，他们有着质朴又清澈的灵魂，待人真诚又友好。那一双双求知若渴的大眼睛和一张张明媚的笑脸，让支教团成员为之动容，让他们明白了自己所做之事的重要，也更加坚定了他们内心的想法：要把自己所知所学倾囊相授，帮助这些“小天使”更好地成长。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>

<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “你见过凌晨两点的月亮吗？我们见过！”这是支教团所有成员在扶贫工作之后一致的回答。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 除完成日常教学任务外，支教团成员还需协助我校驻望高村扶贫工作队开展脱贫攻坚工作。为了解望高村贫困家庭经济状况，获取相关数据，支教团成员奔走在村里山间，多次对望高村<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">130</span>户贫困户进行走访调研，以保证统计信息的准确性。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">支教团每位成员的任务虽然简单，但涉及调研走访、数据核对、信息录入等扶贫工作的各个方面，所以每天的工作量都很大。他们和扶贫工作人员一起，白天下村下户进行走访，晚上加班加点整理走访信息和数据，夜晚的办公室常常灯火通明，大家却从没喊过一声累。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>

<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 第二个月，支教团协助驻村帮扶老师完成了全村<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">130</span>户贫困户的家庭信息采集，核实贫困户帮扶资金的到位情况，并更新国家财政扶贫资金管理监测信息系统，进一步完善村里贫困户的信息。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 第三个月，为迎接省检，支教团成员白天协助驻村帮扶老师和村支两委整理完善相关扶贫资料，晚上回办公室后就马不停蹄地填写更新收入计算表、脱贫验收表，修补全村贫困户一户一档材料信息，积极迎接检查。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">第四个月，为做好国检，支教团协助驻村老师完成了十项资料、学习笔记的整理，协助望高村村支部进行选举换届等工作。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font style="line-height: 200%"><font style="font-size: 16pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 200%">&nbsp;&nbsp; “诶！进来喝杯茶吧！”“家里最近腌了几坛子辣椒萝卜，忙完了来尝尝啊！”……经过几个月的走访，支教团成员与村民们结下了深厚的友谊。今天这个村民叫去家里喝茶，明天那个村民叫去家里吃饭。“村民们脸上洋溢的笑容就是对我们工作最好的认可。”黄蒙说。</span>&nbsp;</font></font></p>
