<p class="MsoNormal" style="layout-grid-mode: char; margin-top: 7.8pt; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 30pt"><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">研究生学位论文开题是确保学位论文质量的前提和基础，</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">根据研究生培养方案规定，博士研究生（含留学研究生）和全日制专业学位研究生最迟在第二学期结束前、学术型硕士研究生在第三学期结束前、非全日制专业学位研究生和在职硕士研究生第三次集中授课结束前完成学位论文选题并进行公开论证。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">2018</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">年研究生学位论文开题工作，</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">现有几点要求补充如下：</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="layout-grid-mode: char; margin-top: 7.8pt; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 30pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">1.</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">学位论文开题的有关具体程序以及要求按《</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">湖南农业大学全日制研究生学位论文管理规定</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">》</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">（湘农大<span lang="EN-US">[2014]16</span>号）执行，学位点负责组织实施，所有研究生应按要求如实如期公开论证。 </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="layout-grid-mode: char; margin-top: 7.8pt; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 30pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">2.</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">论文研究如涉及秘密、机密项目需在导师的指导下根据论文产生的背景慎重提出涉密申请<span lang="EN-US">, </span>填写《湖南农业大学研究生涉密学位论文申请审核表》，并提供经学校保密委员会办公室审核确认的相关保密课题协议书等附件材料提交学位办，后期研究和答辩按涉密论文有关规定处理。毕业答辩阶段一概不再受理涉密申请。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="layout-grid-mode: char; margin-top: 7.8pt; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 30pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">3.</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">从<span lang="EN-US">2015</span>级研究生（除在职研究生外）开始，必须在研究生管理信息系统中申请开题并从系统中打印学位论文选题报告（具体操作流程见《开题报告工作研究生管理信息系统操作手册》）。研究生秘书需提醒研究生在开题前登录系统进行申请。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="layout-grid-mode: char; margin-top: 7.8pt; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 30pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">4</span><span style="font-size: 15pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 150%">．现场开题结束，待研究生在系统中修改开题报告后，研究生秘书应及时在系统中录入开题结果，并报研究生院审核，从系统中生成并打印《学位论文选题情况汇总表》，经签字盖章后交至培养办。研究生开题报告纸质档（需签字盖章）由研究生交学院存档。</span></p>
