style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">5名具有招生资格的博导组成，其中1人为组长；另须配备秘书1名，负责记录复试情况，对专家打分表、复试成绩等表格进行整理、统计、上报及相关复试材料的存档等工作；候考官1名，负责核验考生身份及资格审查，向考生发送消息通知、组织考生有序参加面试，负责本组复试场地秩序维护、复试全程录像录音资料的留存。</span></span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">1.招生指标数按一级学科分配到学院。</span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">2.招生指标调整与生源调剂要求</span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">（</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">1）同一一级学科下研究方向合格生源数少于招生指标数的，可在所属一级学科内进行指标调整或生源调剂。指标调整、生源调剂需经过相关学院研究生招生工作领导小组会议讨论通过，报学校批准后方可进行。</span></span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">（</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">2）各学科在5月25日前没有用完的指标由学校收回统一调配。</span></span></p><p style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">3）为确保招生工作质量与计划任务落实到位，复试时各学科必须明确拟录取考生是否被其他学校录取，应届硕士考生必须在入学前获得报考条件中规定的硕士毕业证或学位证。各学科已录取的考生在入学时放弃就读资格，则按放弃人数扣减该学科下一年度相应人数招生指标。</span></span></p><p style=";font-family:黑体;font-size:21px">五、复试与录取工作的基本要求</span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">1.复试是博士研究生入学考试的重要组成部分，复试不合格者或未参加复试者，不得录取。</span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">2.复试考查的内容包括考生思想政治品德、心理素质、业务素质和能力、英语听说能力测试、体检等方面。具体要求按《湖南农业大学2023年博士研究生招生复试办法》执行。各学院复试工作方案（含实施细则）由学院按一级学科统筹制定，报学校研究生招生工作领导小组审定后实施，由复试专家小组组织。</span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">3.为充分体现学科、导师在录取工作中的自主权，各学科及导师在录取过程中应对考生报考材料、思想政治品德、身心健康状况等方面进行全面的考核与审查，全面衡量、择优录取。</span></p><p style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">4.我校2023年原则上不接收在职人员报考博士研究生，同等条件下，</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;font-size: 21px">坚持支教考生优先、硕博连读考生优先、应届硕士生优先、非定向就业考生优先</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">2023年博士研究生招生复试办法》，并根据学科、专业要求和考生具体情况，制定各学科复试与录取工作的具体工作方案，报学校审定后实施。</span></span></p><p 21px">3.严格考核考生思想政治品德和心理素质。</span><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">着重考察考生的思想政治素质、道德素质和心理素质。考核内容主要包括考生的政治态度、思想表现、学习（工作）态度、道德品质、遵纪守法和心理健康等方面。考核必须严格遵循实事求是的原则，既包括查看考生的有关资料及其工作单位提供的有关材料，也包括复试时与考生面谈，直接了解考生思想政治品德和心理素质。实行思想政治品德不合格</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">“一票否决制”。</span></span></p><p 21px">4.做好复试过程管理。</span><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">复试过程要全程录音录像，要有详细的现场记录、成绩和评语，并要认真填写好《湖南农业大学</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">2023年博士研究生复试情况登记表》、《湖南农业大学2023年博士研究生复试综合排名及拟录取名单汇总表》。没有录取的考生也需进行综合排名并将排名情况报研究生院招生办。</span></span></p><p 21px">5.严格按照上级要求体检。</span><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">学校不统一组织体检，考生自行到所在地二级甲等及以上医院按照</span><a 仿宋_GB2312;font-size: 21px">6.按时调取档案。</span></strong><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">未按时调入档案的拟录取考生一律取消录取资格，其中非应届生于</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">6月20日前将完整人事档案调入我校。应届生档案调入我校的时间不得晚于7月15日</span></span><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">。</span></p><p style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">5月18日前将学院的复试与录取工作领导小组名单、各学科复试专家小组名单、各招生学科指标分配方案、各学科具体复试与录取工作方案（含进入复试的条件、复试名单、复试时间、复试地点及实施细则等）报送研究生院招生办。</span></span></p><p style=";font-family:黑体;font-size:21px">七、录取类别及收费办法</span></p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:43px;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:37px;background:rgb(255,255,255)"><span style=";font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:21px">录取类别分为定向就业和非定向就业两种类别。定向就业考生须与学校以及工作单位签订定向就业协议书。</span></p><p
